What a little hidden gem for health and recovery! I first found this place when looking for a new cryotherapy full body service, as my previous one closed down due to the pandemic shutdown last year. Ryan is a genuinely nice person and professional, after telling him of recent aches and pains he also had me try some other therapeutic machines. I used a PEMF machine bed, red light therapy bed, and used NanoVi oxygen therapy just to name a few. They all work in different ways to optimize cell function, repair, and health. I believe these best work when used in congruency with a healthy lifestyle and when used consistently. They are currently revamping and marketing again after the recession hit and I hope they do great! I especially recommend for athletic sport recovery.

I have to say this woman is amazing.. Mira. She literally saved my life! I had a few sessions with her after my surgery and had no clue these even existed as part of massage therapy. She is so knowledgeable in what she does. Made a huge difference having her do her magic on my mangled body. The infrared bed was so soothing and helped my in improving my results. I need to get my next session asap! Book me up Mira!

Oh my goodness I don’t even know where to start. I met Mira about four weeks ago after I had what was supposed to be a minor procedure done. After a week of not being able to bend, turn and get out of bed, I started doing research. I heard Lymphatic massage could possibly speed up my recovery. After calling around to several places I finally got ahold of Mira. Even though she was completely booked that week, I think she heard the urgency in my voice and agreed to stay late that very same day to help me. I could cry, I honestly might of. I showed up not knowing what to expect but her immediate response was, your in a good spot, a safe spot and you will leave here better than when you walked in. She was so sure of that, and you know the crazy thing is I didn’t doubt her. She seemed to know and have such confidence in her skill that I immediately felt at ease. And she was right. Immediately after finishing our session I had to go to the restroom and I found myself running down the hall to get there. It wasn’t until I was halfway down the hall that I realized I was RUNNING! I had not been able to move in over a week! This woman’s skills are amazing. She is also just a breath of fresh air so the two combined us just magic. So happy I found her!! Client for life! I received the very best lymphatic drainage massage. So effective! The experience was relaxing from start to finish. I drifted away to heaven and came back feeling relief and calmness. The facility was impressive- clean, professional, and full body wellness. I am looking forward to my monthly massages here- next time I will definitely be getting the 90 minute massage.
